What is it – a class dedicated to the men!
What are the benefits – in addition to being a beneficial exercise, some of the many health benefits yoga has to offer include improved flexibility, posture, blood flow and alignment. It helps to build muscle strength and encourages better sleep, greater peace of mind and a healthier lifestyle. The added benefit of a Men’s only class is a sense of a male collective and environment. Yoga can often be construed as an easy and “girly” form of exercise but most of my male students would hastily beg to differ!
Is it suitable for all – just for men I’m afraid!
