What is it – these workshops are generally between 2 and 3 hours long although on occasion day long workshops will be available.

What are the benefits – These workshops are themed so students know in advance the itinerary for the day. This could, for example, be a mixture of gentle, restorative yoga, meditation and mindfulness or perhaps a yoga for sport workshop focusing on different sports, incorporating mindfulness for sport, targeting stretching and breathing etc. The theme could depend on the time of year so New Year, New You, Autumn Shedding and Reflection and so on.
