Emer is at her best when sharing wellbeing practices with others – whether leading a yoga class or guiding a mindfulness or meditation session.


This is the perfect opportunity to begin or advance your yoga journey; learning the basics of pranayama (breath), alignment, asana (poses) and Shavasana (meditation).

Mindfulness and Meditation

Meditation and Mindfulness are a form of mental exercise that encourages awareness, focus and kindness towards oneself.


These workshops are themed so students know in advance the itinerary for the day.

Massage Therapy

Massage benefits the whole body, both physiologically and psychologically and in particular the skin, blood and lymph circulation, muscles and nerves.
